Shipping

Please allow for production time, as each product is made to order. Production time is between 2-5 business days. Your order will ship within 5-10 business days after being placed, and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Make sure to double check your shipping address for errors or spelling mistakes. If any problems or changes need to be made after purchase has been made, please contact us at hello@coverthesewalls.com.

Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for murals, wallpaper or custom orders.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns as each item is made to order.


Once you’ve shipped your return, please allow 5-10 days for processing. We will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Each return is a case by case basis, if the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Tracking numbers are given on request.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please keep in mind it may take your package for some extra days to arrive if shipped to the U.S or overseas.

If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or color, you can request a sample, we send you a coupon back for the price of the sample.
